We all have occasions that require a special gift and my hand created items will fit the bill perfectly. PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment is accepted in the following ways.
E-TRANSFER, SQUARE INVOICE, CASH OR CHECK.
All are, easy, efficient, quick and safe methods of making your payment.
Your payment must be processed before shipping or taking a class or workshop.
DUTIES AND TAXES
International Orders may incur additional taxes, duty, fees etc. upon delivery.
These additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
SHIPPING POLICIES
I ship my work using Canada Post within 3-5 days of receiving your payment, but often much sooner, sometimes the next day. (for pre-made stock).
I will send you an email to let you known when your purchase is on its way. If you need something super quick let me know and I'll do my best.
For custom orders, I ask two weeks for completion and will ship on the next business day. Many times your custom order will be ready and shipped in under two weeks.
Please remember, you are responsible for any customs, brokerage or tax as assessed by your country of residence. So far orders to the U.S. have taken between 12 and 14 days and all arrived safely.Sometimes there may be delivery delays which no one can anticipate, for example with customs or even bad weather.
I will back your purchases well, but please allow good time for arrival if ordering internationally.
We are unable to ship any feather products to Australia.
Please contact us for adjustment of price and shipping charges if you purchase more than one item.
REFUND POLICIES
All returns and exchanges are dealt with on an individual basis.I think you will love your purchase but if there are any problems please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item, so we can resolve any issue.
If you do return, you must do so within 10 days, the item must be in original condition and packaging.
You also pay for return shipping costs.
I cannot accept returns on personalized or custom created pieces.
I put a little prayer up that you will fall in love with my work and that there will be no need to return an item.
