The wolves of Canada have endured many years of persecution due to their reputation as dangerous, large wild animals. On closer inspection you may be surprised to learn that like most wild animals, wolves are more frightened of us than we are of them. Furthermore they are beautiful, intelligent animals who are loyal to each other, live together in families and take special care of their young. They learn their place in society by looking in each other's eyes therefore avoiding confrontations.
